Valerie is one of the founding members of Triad Utilities and Grading. She is the mastermind behind all the operations. She made her switch to the construction industry about 10 years. Valerie is full of passion for the work completed by her company and truly enjoys seeing jobs from start to finish.

Owner/ Accounting Manager
Molly Henley is one of the founding members of Triad Utilities and Grading LLC. With her Bachelors in Agribusiness and a minor in accounting she has come a great asset to the company. As a newer member of the construction industry, she has learned to appreciate the work and is dedicated to making a difference in the industry.

Samantha, Triad's mascot sits in the office every single day. She is featured on our social media pages repping our merchandise and visits our crew members on a regular basis out at the shop. She is always friendly and brings a smile to everyone's face.
